Communication Skills - Consultants/Employees need strong communication skills to collaborate with teammates and clients effectively.
Personality & Cultural Fit - Consultants/Employees spend a lot of time working closely in small teams. Having a personality and attitude that fits with the team makes the whole team work better together.
